The owner of this place is one of the dopest people I’ve ever met. I went in 3 days ago to get off of some worse stuff and wanted to be completely done with everything but was having a hard time. I actually think if it weren’t for him and his tips I wouldn’t be as successful in doing this. (Sodium ascorbate vitamin c)🙏Bro seems to be genuinely good which is so rare in a business owner these days. Thanks brother!

Stopped by this Kratom store recently and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the products. I spent a little over $100 on two bags and expected a much better experience. The person behind the counter didn’t seem to know much about the products and wasn’t able to answer basic questions about specific strains. Instead, he just told me to just check the menu.. This felt dismissive and unhelpful. Despite that, I went ahead with my purchase since I’m familiar with Kratom and usually know what I’m looking for. Unfortunately, both products were a complete disappointment. The first had a very strong, unpleasant tobacco-like taste that lingered for hours, far worse than the normal Kratom flavor. It had zero noticeable effects. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch, but the second one was just as horrible. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down. Poor service, poor product quality, and definitely not worth the price. I won’t be returning.

The guy who helped me was very chill and kind. The prices are pretty good especially for the quality of the product. This is some of the best kratom I've ever had!

I've gone in twice now and must say that I'm impressed! It's the only place I know of in the city that gives kratom a really solid representation with education, advocacy, customer service etc. (as opposed to the many smoke shops etc. who typically don't know the first thing about kratom.. ) I would say the prices are standard, though they have much better variety and quality than I've seen elsewhere, so yeah this is my new spot! Would highly recommend for both new and experienced users

Great product and the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. EDIT: I placed an online order and my order arrived on my front porch the SAME DAY! These guys never cease to amaze me. The best product, and best service I've ever seen. I realize that my experience may not be typical, but it's clear to me these guys are serious about taking care of their customers. I'll never visit another head shop ever again. Thanks again, fellas!
